Company structure
The trade alliance CEPOS is a joint stock company. The individual members of the association are its shareholders at the same time. The company CEPOS – Czech Food Trade joint stock company currently includes - besides the wholesale distributors – also one subsidiary – the retail network Bala s.r.o. The second subsidiary PROFIKASA ICT s.r.o. was established in 2018 and is focused on providing IT products and services for retail units.
